You know what's really throwing me a loop with this whole breakup thing? The emotional rollercoaster I'm going through. I'll go from regret to hate to simple mental shutdown to total anxiety attack.
Maybe I need Valium.
Videogames help a bit. I think a full frontal lobotomy would be better. I'm not looking forward to having to talk to her this weekend and exchange each others stuff.

I can't offer anything on the long-term relationship thing, but I know how it feels to be broken up with. Time heals all things and emotional rollercoasters are just part of the process. Hell, sometimes I decide to go through emotional rollercoasters while in a relationship. However, best of luck with it, the blogging community is here to support you.
